Conditions of participation

  1. Subject of the conditions of participation and organizer
    (1) These conditions of participation regulate the conditions for participation in the competition and any necessary transfer of rights. The description and procedure of the respective prize draw will be provided as part of the respective prize draw campaign on the homepage https://itestra.com/.
    (2) The provider of the competition is itestra GmbH, Ludwigstraße 35, 86916 Kaufering, Germany.
    (3) By participating in the respective competition, these conditions of participation are accepted.
  2. Participation
    (1) Anyone over the age of 18 and resident in Germany is eligible to enter the competition.
    (2) Employees of itestra GmbH and all persons who are or were involved in the implementation of the respective competition are excluded from participation. The same applies to first and second-degree relatives (Section 15 of the German Fiscal Code) of these persons and their cohabiting partners.
    (3) Participation in the respective competition is only possible via the channels specified on the Internet or social networks and during the periods specified for this purpose.
    (4) Participation is possible until 24.12.2019.
  3. Prizes and notification of winnings
    (1) All eligible participants will be entered into a draw to win three Amazon vouchers worth EUR 128.00 (1st place), EUR 64.00 (2nd place) and EUR 32.00 (3rd place).
    (2) The winners will be determined from the second week of January 2020. itestra GmbH will select and award prizes for the most original entries. The winners will be notified by e-mail and asked to submit their personal data correctly and truthfully. This information is used to send the prize.
    (3) If we do not receive an e-mail from a winner within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires. In this case, we are entitled to carry out a replacement draw.
    (4) Only one prize is possible per participant.
    (5) The prize is not transferable, nor can the prize be exchanged or paid out in cash.
    (6) If circumstances arise for which we are not responsible, the respective winner shall accept an appropriate substitute prize. Such circumstances for which the sponsors of the prizes are not responsible are in particular those for which they are responsible.
    (7) The prizes will be sent to the winner by e-mail.
  4. Exclusion of participants
    itestra GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from taking part in the competition. This applies in particular in the event of culpable breaches of the conditions of participation or in the event that participants manipulate or attempt to manipulate the participation process or the game or use other dishonest means.
  5. Granting of rights of use
    The participant agrees that the submissions may be published by itestra without disclosure of the name or mention.
  6. Contradiction
    Participants are free to withdraw their participation in the competition/raffle, data storage or publication of names at any time. The revocation is to be addressed to: itestra GmbH, Destouchesstr. 68, 80796 Munich or at jobs@itestra.de.
  7. Cancel competition
    itestra GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time. This applies in particular in the event of force majeure or if the competition cannot be held or continued for other (organizational, technical or legal) reasons. In such a case, participants are not entitled to any claims against itestra GmbH.
  8. Disclaimer
    itestra GmbH is not liable for damages due to malfunctions of technical equipment, for delays or interruptions of transmissions or for damages in connection with participation in the competition or with the acceptance and use of the prize, unless itestra GmbH or its vicarious agents act with intent or gross negligence. This shall not affect any claims for compensation due to injury to life, limb and health as well as material contractual obligations. In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, itestra’s liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
  9. Final provisions
    (1) Should the conditions of participation contain invalid provisions, the validity of the remaining conditions shall remain unaffected.
    (2) German law shall apply. There is no legal recourse to review the draw.
