Roland Hildebrandt

Roland is Regional Head and IT Strategy Consultant. Shortly after joining in 2010, he launched the Cologne office and helped establish additional regional locations where many itestra employees now work. Whether reengineering, mainframe, or agentic AI – his expertise and experience are broad.

He has successfully completed numerous projects for major clients in various roles, including Senior Analyst, Senior Developer for performance optimization and reengineering, consultant for architecture and processes, and project manager for system migrations and handovers to and from third parties.

Roland is motivated by itestra’s distinctive approach within the software industry, its high quality standards, and its adaptability and flexibility. He draws strength and endurance from CrossFit, obstacle course races, and time with his children.
