AI Software Factory

From Ticket to Code: Build Your Own AI Ticket Pipeline

AI Software Factory

From Ticket to Code

A development ticket lands in the backlog – and a few minutes later, a proposed implementation is ready, complete with code and tests. In our workshop at RWTH Aachen University, you build exactly this pipeline yourself: AI agents read the ticket, capture the requirement, plan the change, and generate code on their own. You decide how the pipeline is structured, where the agents work autonomously, and at which points a human reviews the results.

  • When: November 23, 2026, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Where: RWTH Aachen University, Building E3
  • Who it's for: Computer science students (Bachelor's & Master's)
  • Register by: November 16, 2026

What You Build During the Day

The day centers on your own AI ticket pipeline. Step by step, you extend it until it takes a ticket all the way from first read to finished code proposal:

  • Understand tickets
  • Plan the implementation
  • Generate code
  • Validate results
  • Human in the loop

By the end of the day, you have a working pipeline that you can keep developing.

What to bring: Solid programming skills and your own laptop with Docker installed.

How We Work on Real Projects

Agentic Engineering is one of our core areas: we work on integrating AI agents into professional software development so that they deliver real value. On workshop day, you learn from engineers who work with modern software development and AI technologies on client projects every day.

About itestra

For more than 20 years, itestra has been developing and modernizing complex enterprise software for more than 90 enterprise clients in insurance, banking, industry, and other sectors. Agentic Engineering is one of our core areas: we deploy AI agents where systems are large, business-critical, and have grown over decades. The workshop gives you a direct look at this work and the team behind it.
