From Ticket to Code

A development ticket lands in the backlog – and a few minutes later, a proposed implementation is ready, complete with code and tests. In our workshop, you build exactly this pipeline yourself: AI agents read the ticket, capture the requirement, plan the change, and generate the code on their own. You decide how the pipeline is structured, where the agents work autonomously, and where a human reviews the results.

What You Build During the Day

At the center is your own AI ticket pipeline. You extend it step by step until it processes a ticket from the first read to a finished code proposal:

• Understanding tickets
• Planning the implementation
• Generating code
• Validating results
• Human in the loop

By the end of the day, you have a working pipeline that you can keep developing.

What to bring: Solid programming skills and your own laptop with Docker installed.
