One week in Cologne. One robot character you build yourself. Real AI challenges that decide who wins.

At the itestra Coding Camp, you’ll program a complete robot character – together with other passionate CS students and experienced itestra coaches – and put it through intense AI-driven challenges. You take a complex project from start to finish, work in small teams, and experience what enterprise software development looks like in practice.

What to Expect

A character that’s yours

You’ll design a robot character with its own personality, capabilities, and AI logic – from the first line of code to the finished result. You’ll make real design decisions, debate architecture with your team, and own your outcome.

Challenges that count

Throughout the week, the characters go head to head. The challenges test code quality, AI strategy, and teamwork in equal measure – and make the difference between a good solution and a great one visible.

Small teams, real impact

You’ll work in a small group where every contribution matters. Everyone contributes, everyone learns, everyone delivers.

Coaches who know their craft

Your coaches are itestra software professionals – engineers and architects with years of experience on enterprise projects for 90+ clients. They’ll give you direct feedback, share practical methods, and engage with you on the hard technical questions.

What You Should Bring

• Currently enrolled in a CS degree program (Bachelor or Master) or a comparable field
• Solid programming skills in at least one language
• Enthusiasm for technically demanding concepts and AI topics
• Drive to work intensively as part of a team for a full week and deliver a real result
