Solution Designer
You demonstrate innovative, creative and unique solutions and their feasibility and convince all stakeholders – even against resistance.
Engineering Lead
You are responsible for the technical implementation of the most demanding solutions and safeguard the quality and productivity of the entire developer team.
SWAT Engineer
In the most critical situations and unfamiliar project contexts you find decisive solutions in the shortest time and implement them successfully.
Solution Validator
You validate and assess even new, innovative features for which no reference assessments yet exist.
What you bring
- Successful performance in the role of Solution Designer or Engineering Lead
- Known for mastering challenging problems
- You communicate convincingly and skilfully, even in conflict situations
- You are perceived by clients and the team as an outstanding technical expert
- An excellent computer science degree and demonstrably excellent programming skills
