Christian Feiler is a Lead Engineer at itestra with a focus on structuring complex requirements and navigating diverse technology stacks. Since 2019, he has been involved in both project work and research collaborations that explore machine learning applications within software engineering processes. His technical approach centers on creating scalable architectures, ranging from the modernization of legacy monolithic systems to the implementation of automated MLOps frameworks.
His project experience includes lead engineering and data science roles across the insurance, retail, and healthcare sectors. Notably, Christian has designed and implemented enterprise-wide Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) flows and Large Language Model (LLM) applications for over 100,000 users. His expertise encompasses a broad range of technologies, including Python, Java, and Spring Boot, as well as database systems like PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB.
