You speak both languages – business and IT. As a Business Analyst at itestra, you translate business requirements into technical concepts and ensure that modernization projects succeed technically and commercially.

What to Expect

• Requirements analysis – You capture and structure business requirements in complex enterprise environments.
• Process modeling – You analyze and document business processes embedded in legacy systems.
• Stakeholder management – You mediate between business departments and IT teams.
• Functional specifications – You create specifications that development teams use as the basis for implementation.
• Quality assurance – You verify that implemented solutions meet business requirements.

What You Bring

• Degree in business informatics, business administration with IT focus, or a comparable field
• Understanding of business processes in enterprise environments
• Ability to communicate complex matters clearly and in a structured way
• Experience with requirements documentation (user stories, use cases, process models)
• Good German and English skills
• Industry knowledge in finance, insurance, or manufacturing is a plus
