Dr. Arnaud Fietzke leads itestra’s AI development, positioning the company at the forefront of AI-first software engineering and high-impact business solutions. Simultaneously, he drives cross-channel marketing and sales strategies to cement itestra’s status as a market leader across the DACH region.
Since joining itestra, Arnaud has led numerous successful, large-scale software modernization projects across various industries, with a particular focus on insurance and financial instutitions.
He combines a strong academic research background in artificial intelligence and theoretical computer sciences with a curiosity-driven approach to operationalizing Agentic AI, backed by over a decade of experience in enterprise software engineering.
